This is the 8th booster I've tried on my LG ARISTO. The previous 7 either caused low volume with way too much bass, causing the distortion to be so terrible, you couldn't understand anyone's songs, or even movies. This one works perfectly. It's simple to use. Note: This is not an Equalizer, rather it's just a volume booster. It works excellent with other downloaded EQ's. It doesn't distort the music at all! I dunno how it is on other androids, but it's perfect for my LG ARISTO! OH! AND NO ADS!!!

I find 95% of these "Increased Volume and Bass Booster" apps add NOTHING to your phone's media player, especially if your phone's media player app, has any built-in equalizer. Just tried 4 different apps, including this one ...found NO DIFFERENCE in performance. And my phone (and headphones) rocks, performance-wise on everything. So it isn't "operator error" or a phone performance issue. These apps are probably aimed at those folks who are ONLY using their phone's STOCK media player.

This is a really good app. It does what it's designed to do: Boost your volume. It was great! I had a crappy $5 dollar speaker and this app helped turn it into a $30 one, sound quality wise. Wonderful! However, what stopped me from giving this app 4-5 stars was the ads. I spent 2 weeks trying to figure out why I was getting ads on my homescreen, messaging apps, and etc. Turns out, it was this app f***ing with me the whole time. Fix this and, maybe I'll give it another go.
